Apricot Jam

This is one beautiful thing i have made today.

This is so simple, and makes such a great smell at home.
On 1 kg of fruit, i add 650 gm of sugar, and let it gently boil on low temperature for hours, when the drops get sticky when dripping on a cold plate, you know it is ready !
Next step is to make a great cake with it ♥
